Pop-up tips in every neighbourhood
We will tackle fly-tipping by expanding our pop-up tips.
Our borough has never looked better, and when we bring back weekly street cleaning in April, you’ll see even more improvements.
But we know there is still work to be done to stop illegal dumping and to make life easier for all residents looking to dispose of bulky waste.
Our pop-up tips – which are mobile recycling hubs – have proved to be very popular with residents, so we’ve made them permanent and will be increasing the number which take place.
Now, every neighbourhood will have one near them at least four times a year.
You’ll soon be able to search, by postcode, for when you can expect one in your neighbourhood.
The first pop-up tips will be held here, all between 10am and 4pm:
- Saturday 5 April 2025: Central Ward Residents’ Club, Cannon Hill
- Saturday 12 April 2025: Haydons Road Recreation Ground, Abbey
- Saturday 26 April 2025: York Close Car Park, Morden
- Sunday 27 April 2025: Swain’s Road car park, Abbey Orchard Estate, Colliers Wood
