E-permits purchased after 4 November 2024
You can cancel your e-permit as follows:
- Log into your parking permits account (this link will open in a new tab in your browser)
- Under “Your permits” click “View your permits”
- Click “View” under the permit you want to cancel.
- Click “Cancel Permit”
Your permit is cancelled as soon as you request a cancellation.
If you are due a refund, it will be processed within 15 working days.
E-permits purchased before 5 November 2024

Cancel a RingGo parking permit
You will need to provide:

your name and address
-
permit number
-
vehicle registration number
-
sort code and account number of the bank where you want us to pay the refund
Your permit will become invalid immediately after you submit the form.
If you are due a refund, we will pay it by BACS within 15 working days.
Annual visitor, scratchcards and carer paper permits
We will not refund unused half-day or full-day visitor permits.
If you no longer require an annual visitor permit or carer parking permit, please return it to:

We recommend the permit is sent via recorded post.
The refund amount will be calculated from the day the permit is received. If a refund is due this will be done via a BACS payment and will processed within 15 working days.
