Aragon Primary School – December 2021
Following consideration of the feedback received during the statutory consultation and being mindful of Council’s various transport and climate change related objectives, a Cabinet Member decision has been made to make the School Street permanent and to undertake a statutory consultation to change the hours of operation. However, the decision has been Called-In which means that it is to be reported to Scrutiny in January 2022. This means that the decision cannot be implemented yet. All the residents will receive a newsletter once the decision has been subject to Scrutiny and a final decision is made. The website will be kept up to date at every stage.
Following the introduction of a number of School Streets under an Experimental Order, we are currently considering all the feedback received to each consultation and the following Cabinet Member decisions have been made.
