Representations against the proposals described in this Notice must be made in writing or email trafficandhighways@merton.gov.uk by no later than 16 August 2024 quoting reference ES/RB Objections must relate only to the elements of the scheme that are subject to this statutory consultation.

January 2024 update
We are seeking the views of the community for a proposed controlled parking zone (CPZ) by asking all parties to submit their views through the online questionnaire (available from 28 January).
The decision on whether or not to proceed with the next stage, which would involve a statutory consultation on the proposal, will be subject to the return of the online responses received during this informal consultation.
Please let us have your views by 24 February 2024.
