May 2023 update
Following the statutory consultation carried out between 3 February and 3 March 2023, on proposals to introduce FG1 CPZ in Eveline Road area, all representations received were reported to the Cabinet Member for a final decision. After careful consideration, a decision has been made to proceed with the implementation of the CPZ.

January 2023 update
Following the informal consultation carried out between 3 and 30 September 2022, the Cabinet Member has made a decision to carry out a statutory consultation. We are carrying out a statutory consultation on our intention to introduce a Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) in Eveline Road area operational Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 6.30pm.
A Notice of our intention to introduce the above measures will be published in a local newspaper (Wimbledon and Wandsworth Times) and the London Gazette and posted on lamp columns within the vicinity. Representations against the proposals described in this Notice must be made in writing or email to trafficandhighways@merton.gov.uk by no later than 3rd March 2023 quoting reference ES/FG1. Objections must relate only to the elements of the scheme that are subject to this statutory consultation.

September 2022 update
We are seeking the views of the community for a proposed controlled parking zone (CPZ) by asking all parties to submit their views through the online questionnaire from Monday 5 September.
The decision on whether or not to proceed with the next stage, which would involve a statutory consultation on the proposal, will be subject to the return of the online responses received during this informal consultation.
