This consultation took place between 16 January and 27 February 2013 and is now closed.
This final plan has been influenced by the feedback received during the two consultation stages between January and July local research, changes to national policy and the research, policies and projects from the Mayor of London.
The Draft Sites and Polices Development Plan Document is quite a large file and has therefore been broken up into separate sections to make it easier to download
Part 1: draft detailed planning polices to guide development
This consultation contained two additional draft planning policies that had not been part of the previous drafts of this plan, in response to feedback from previous consultations, research and national policy changes
- Policy DM EP4: Pollutants
- Policy DM H5: Student housing, other housing with shared facilities and bedsits
Part 2 potential sites for development and draft policies map (formerly known as the proposals map)
Site designations
All of the potential sites have been published for consultation during the previous two stages of consultation between January and July 2012; this Stage 3 does not contain any new sites that had not already been published for consultation during 2012.
Additional sites cannot be considered at this stage of producing the plan.
Policies Map (formerly called the Proposals Map)
The draft policies maps show where specific policies or sites are represented on a map such as the town centre boundaries.
To make it easier to see all the details, the maps are organised by the whole borough and then, where relevant, local area – Colliers Wood, Mitcham, Morden, Raynes Park and Wimbledon.
- Part II: introduction to maps and sites
- Whole borough maps: metropolitan open land, flood risk, historic conservation areas
- Whole borough maps: Wandle Valley Regional Park, industrial estates and transport proposals
- Colliers Wood - sites and maps
- Mitcham - sites and maps
- Morden - sites and maps
- Raynes Park - sites and maps
- Wimbledon - sites and maps
