Morden
Two people walking and laughing in a park
Event Description
Join us to walk socially in Morden and practise simple mindfulness exercises.

Open to adults aged 18+ who live, work or study in Merton, and meet one of the criteria below.

Join us to explore a local park, get fresh air and try some simple mindfulness techniques.

Our free social walks are open to people from black and Asian ethnic groups, refugees, those seeking asylum, and the LGBTQ+ community. They'll be led by an experienced mindfulness teacher and therapist, giving you opportunities to ask informal questions about our free individual counselling services and mindfulness groups.

Walks won’t be strenuous but you do need to be able to walk without help.

All walks will start from WG Morden, 3-4 Crown Parade, Crown Lane, SM4 5DA and take place on the following dates:

5th September, 11.30am - 12.45pm
12th September, 2.45 - 4pm
10th October, 12 - 1.15pm
24th October, 10 - 11.15am
Please note, this is not a drop-in group. Places are limited so we kindly ask that you sign up at least one week in advance of the walk.

To sign up, please contact counselling@wimbledonguild.co.uk or call 020 8296 0030.
