Celebrations created by the community, for the community
Each of our town centres is hosting a Merton at 60 event, themed around a decade from our borough’s history.
Residents are invited to this free series of events and parties, coproduced by communities, that are happening alongside the hubbub of a usual busy weekend.
Whether it’s music from the swinging sixties on Abbotsbury Road in Morden, or a Y2K themed market in Mitcham – these events will nod to our heritage, and showcase the amazing things on offer in the heart of our neighbourhoods right now.
