If you need a key for the alley that backs on to Priestley Road, Rialto Road and part of Eastfields Road, Mitcham, please email waste.enforcement@merton.gov.uk. Please include a copy of your most recent Council Tax bill or driving licence to show that you live in an eligible property. Once we have checked your documents, we will be in contact. You will then need pay for a key and pick it up from Magrath’s Locksmiths in Mitcham
