To appeal online:

1. Go to Pay or appeal a PCN (this link will open in a new tab in your browser)
2. Enter your PCN reference and vehicle registration number, then click "Find"
3. If you're using a mobile device, click the ☰ menu button at the top of the page to show more options.
4. Click "Make a representation" or "Make a challenge". If neither of those options is available, click "Contact us".
