| We use talking, sharing ideas, art, dance, and drama to help you explain how you are feeling and to help you to manage these feelings |

| If you would like our help, we would like to meet you | |

| We can offer you a regular time each week to help you | |

| You can ask your doctor, family, carer or any one working with you to help you to contact us. You can also contact us yourself! |
Types of therapy
If you have a learning disability there are three types of therapy we can arrange for you which you might find helpful. They are:
Dance therapy
Our dance therapist helps you use movements, posture, sounds and words to help communicate feelings. This helps you make connections between your feelings, body and thoughts, which can improve balance and mobility and help you to learn to understand yourself.
Art therapy
Making pictures and objects can sometimes be easier than talking directly about difficult or upsetting feelings. Our art therapist can help you understand what you are saying through the pieces of art that you create in the sessions.
Dramatherapy
Our drama therapist uses role play and stories to allow you to re-imagine, work through and make changes in your life.
