If your booked bulky waste items have not been collected by 6pm on the scheduled collection day, please leave them out in the location originally specified and report the missed collection to us.
If your collection contains both upholstered and non-upholstered items (a sofa and a fridge, for example), then we will collect them in two stages, up to two working days apart. This is because the law requires us to collect upholstered items separately from other types of waste.
