- The Vicarage, 16 Copse Hill, SW20
- Morden Court Parade, London Road, Morden
- 20 Malcolm Road, SW19
- Street Lamp Standards, Bertram Cottages, Wimbledon
- 62, 64, 66, 70, 72, 74 & 76 Bathgate Road
- Cast Iron Sewer Vent, Southside, Wimbledon Common
- 8, 9, 10-12, 14, 17, 21 and 25 Lombard Road
- Mitcham Police Station, 58 Cricket Green, Mitcham
- Kellaway House, 326 London Road, Mitcham
Our conservation and design officers have assessed the proposed buildings and structures against the adopted criteria and set out their recommendations in a report. The officer's report is available for information to download here:
In addition, officers were asked to consider the suitability of two parades of shops 4, 5, 6, and 7 Upper Green West, Mitcham and 5, 7, 9 and 11 Upper Green East, Mitcham.for local listing. Officers felt that the parades did not meet the criteria for local listing and their report is available to download here:
