CON29 is a set of standard enquires which are usually made when buying a property. It is one of two types of "local authority search", the other being a local land charges search.
We offer a CON29 search service, or you can perform a search yourself, in person.

Personal searches
If you prefer to inspect the raw data held by us for the CON29R questions listed above (rather than have answers to the questions supplied to you), then this can be inspected free of charge at the council's offices.
Please note that the information inspected may not be in the form of answers to CON29R questions, and you will need to make your own interpretation of the data that you view.
Please see the CON29R guidance note which gives details of how you can access both Statutory and Public Register CON29R information, as well as the non-statutory data for each of the CON29R questions.
