If we’ve planted a new street tree near you, you can “adopt” it and help it to thrive by watering it.
Our contactors water new street trees regularly, but extra watering will help - you can't overwater them.
New street trees need lots of water during the summer months for the first three years, until the tree has established a good root system.
The equivalent of a bucket of water poured down the black pipe and around the trunk once a week will really make a difference.
