Fixed term and permanent contracts

There are currently no jobs available, annually job vacancies typically open for applications in the Autumn, with interviews in November and start dates in the Spring of the new year.

Seasonal pool of Staff (age 16+)

We are always looking for enthusiastic, confident qualified instructors to join our seasonal pool of staff.

Work opportunities are typically available during school term time, evenings, weekends and school holidays.

Staffing for the school holidays is usually done in February-April.

To be added to our pool of staff, you must be at least 16 years old and a qualified RYA Dinghy Instructor and/or BCAB Paddlesport Instructor as a minimum.

Work experience (age 15-21 must be in education)

Want to gain experience working in the outdoors? Are you enthusiastic and hardworking? Do you have a willingness and desire to work with children?

We only have limited availability for potential work experience applicants. Placements are generally only offered during the summer term (April-June, with some limited dates in July) and early Autumn term (September-October).
