Information and Training on Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)
If you would like to talk with someone confidentially about any challenges and concerns that you have in respect of your Mental Health, please contact one of the following fully qualified Mental Health First Aid trained staff for support. Their role is not to offer counselling but to direct you to the best internal or external body for further help. This may be an Employee Assistance Programme or through a number of the external groups that are available.
Please do not feel that you can only speak with someone from your own Department, the choice is yours to whom you wish to reach out to, but we at Merton encourage you to ask for support when you need it.
