Flood risk
Merton Council (in partnership with Wandsworth Council) have produced an updated joint Level 1 (November 2020) and Level 2 (February 2021) Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA). This collates and analyses the most up-to date flood risk information from all sources. The assessment will inform the plan-making process and ensure new developments steer clear of high-risk flood areas. This information is available on Merton's Strategic Flood Risk Assessment
The mapping to support the Strategic Flood Risk Assessment is provided in the Merton SFRA online map
