You can volunteer to help through Merton Community Hub, which will be acting as a hub for support for hosts. 

If you can afford to, the most effective way to contribute is financially, allowing organisations on the ground in the region to best spend the money. These organisations have launched appeals: 

• Disasters Emergency Committee 
• Save The Children  
• International Committee of the Red Cross  
• British Red Cross  
• Association of Ukrainians in Great Britain  
• Embassy of Ukraine in the UK
