• Pay a penalty charge notice (PCN): call 0300 456 0504 and choose option 2. This line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Other enquiries: call 020 8545 4661. You can't pay or appeal against a PCN on this number. We record calls for training and monitoring purposes.

Our officers can let you know about procedures but cannot discuss case details with you.
