We will be commemorating the day with a service and street parade to show support for those who make up the armed forces community, including serving troops, service families, veterans, and cadets.

There will be a service with speeches from the Mayor of Merton and other local speakers as well as a flag raising ceremony outside Morden Civic Centre from 10am.
Following the ceremony, there will be a parade of military personnel and their families, veteran associations, cadet, and youth organisations with a marching band. Come along and take part in the celebrations to show your support for our armed forces community.
The parade will start at 10.15am from the Civic Centre.
After the parade, there will be an event outside the Civic Centre with a bagpiper playing, refreshments, including an ice cream van, plus recruitment and information stalls for the:
Roads on London Road will be closed between 10am to 11.30am for the parade.
